CONCEPT & DESIGN
Our design and engineering team utilises the latest 2D, 3D and BIM compliant software to produce active 3D models, working drawings, parts lists and data transfer files for accurate CNC production.
Our competent design team has the experience and knowledge to ensure that even the most challenging design issues are overcome, whether intricate in detail or complex in geometry.
Austin-Divall use a fully experienced and competent structural design consultant to further connection design or if full design responsibility is required.
FABRICATION
We are proud to retain highly skilled and experienced fabricators who specialise in structural steel fabrication and bespoke architectural metalwork projects and who can manipulate a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials including aluminium.
Our production facility is equipped with modern CNC operated machine tools that provide cutting, turning, drilling and boring capabilities. All our workshops are equipped with overhead cranes which can safely manoeuvre up to 6 tonnes.
FINISHING
We can offer a range of finishes to the final product, including shot blasting, primer painting, top coat painting, powder coating, flam-zinc spraying and galvanising.
In addition, stainless steel can be polished to a high standard if required.
INSTALLATION
All installations are overseen by Austin-Divall Contract Managers who are qualified SMSTS, NVQ and Appointed Persons and erection is carried out by CSCS and SSSTS qualified site installers.
Our Contract Managers undertake logistical planning, transportation requirements, produce task specific documents such as method statements, risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and produce lifting and crane plans to meet individual project requirements and to ensure the safe installation of all steelworks.
