Welcome to Austin-Divall Fabrications Limited
Founded in 1991, Austin-Divall Fabrications operates from a large, purpose-built facility in West Sussex, further supported by two satellite workshops dedicated to small metalwork projects. In excess of 2 acres, our site is fully equipped with overhead gantry cranes, CNC-controlled production equipment, a dedicated paint shop, and high-quality welding stations.
This infrastructure enables us to handle a wide range of fabrication projects efficiently and to a high standard. We specialise in the fabrication of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Our highly skilled team manages and executes projects ranging from primary and secondary structural steelwork to bespoke elements such as bridges, walkways, canopies, pontoons, staircases, balustrades, sculptures, sheet metal work, and architectural glazing systems.
We undertake steel fabrication contracts nationwide — from single steel erections to large-scale projects up to 500 tonnes.
With extensive experience working alongside main contractors, architects, designers, engineers, local builders, and homeowners, we consistently deliver projects that meet both programme timelines and budget expectations.
Our workforce is the driving force behind our success, delivering every project within a safety-first framework and to the highest industry standards. Austin-Divall Fabrications operates in full compliance with the Steel Construction Certification Scheme (SCCS), holding accredited Factory Production Control and Welding Certification to BS EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011, covering the design, manufacture, and installation of structural steelwork up to and including Execution Class 3, as defined by BS EN 1090-2. We are also certified to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
All welding is performed by fully qualified personnel certified to BS EN ISO 9606-1:2017, under the supervision of our in-house Responsible Welding Coordinator.
